A new availability service that improves the speed and reliability of EMIS appointment syncs in Hero. This change replaces the older “recent changes” approach, which could occasionally miss updates and cause mismatches in online booking.

After introducing tables within the patient dashboard highlighting interactions made per patient, we want to provide further detail for each interaction gaining more insight and context around, messaging, bookings, questionnaire submissions and more.
