You can now create and manage all your teams from one simple interface and assign users to them.
Requests can be assigned to either specific user or to a whole team
Administrators and clinical staff can now review and action requests that have been assigned to teams that they are a part of.
You can configure which team should automatically be assigned to a request when it comes in.
Care navigation requests can now be completed on behalf of patient. We have introduced the ability for proxies to submit requests on behalf of a patient registered at your practice.
When a user is submitting a request, they can now select that they are completing it for “someone else”.
All the patient details will be retrieved and kept up to date using the data provided by the patient demographic services, PDS.
The patient will need to verify their contact information for the proxy to complete the request, where the patient is then sent a confirmation of the submission.

When patients choose to be identified using their NHS number and date of birth, or demographic details, the system will verify and retrieve the patient information from PDS (Patient Demographic Service). This eliminates unnecessary steps and simplifies the user's interaction with the platform, enhancing the overall service accessibility.
