We are excited to announce the (re)launch of our messaging feature, now additionally available as an SDK. With this update we’ve done a major refactor of our message builder to enhance the performance, user experience and features to deliver a truly powerful communications tool for your practice. Read on to discover what’s new with our messaging tool.
Now, while writing an SMS through our messaging, the available credit balance for your practice group is prominently displayed, so you'll know whether you have enough credits to send your message. In the event you don't have sufficient credits, an error message will be displayed, preventing the message from being sent as an SMS. The system will also alert you with an error if the message exceeds the maximum fragment limit for SMS.
You can now seamlessly select, edit, and remove message templates as you compose messages to patients. This update ensures the preservation of links, placeholders, and predefined SNOMED codes while working with templates, optimising your message crafting process.
