
In our latest release we have made updates to the way that our SignatureRx integration looks. This is with a focus on improving useability through better signposting and creating a more friendly user experience.
We now ask for any missing patient data before you create the prescription, removing interruptions to your prescription workflow.
Clearer delivery method - previously if you wanted to send a prescription to a patient via SMS, as well as email, it was hidden in the more options. We've now made it more prominent meaning it takes less clicks to send your prescriptions via SMS.
We've updated how medication's are retrieved from the patients medical record ensuring medications appear under their most recent issue date - resolving a bug where repeat prescriptions did not appear under the correct date.
We've fixed an issue that was causing multiple prescriptions to be sent when issuing a precription.
The recent work we've done on enhencing the SignatureRx interface, has also allowed us to build a foundation for some more exciting features, such as the ability to:
Send precriptions directly to a pharmacy
Post prescriptions directly to the patients chosen address
See an list of previously issued medications
Cancel electronic prescriptions from within Hero
And
We'll be looking at integrate with more electronic prescription service.
