Proposal to shift Hero’s booking model from immediate (synchronous) confirmation to a reliable async model. Where confirmation is only shown once the appointment is successfully saved in the EHR (EMIS/S1).

A new availability service that improves the speed and reliability of EMIS appointment syncs in Hero. This change replaces the older “recent changes” approach, which could occasionally miss updates and cause mismatches in online booking.

The memberships functionality is currently quite painful for new users. The goal is to improve the experience so it's a less Hero-led and more practice-led onboarding experience.

No more hunting through systems or wondering if you're looking at the right person. Can't find an automatic match? No problem – you can manually link patients in seconds. Found a duplicate? Our new merge function lets you consolidate records instantly, keeping your Hero database clean and your workflow smooth. The result: Less admin time, fewer errors, and complete confidence that you're always working with the right patient data.

After introducing tables within the patient dashboard highlighting interactions made per patient, we want to provide further detail for each interaction gaining more insight and context around, messaging, bookings, questionnaire submissions and more.
