A new interface with better performance, usability. What's more; clinicians will now have the added option to send a prescription to a pharmacy for the patient to collect.

The objective of this project is to create a new element, to house the existing Hero tasks structure, the key deliverables are to have an embeddable element within the rails app, where users can view & action core app tasks (care nav, appts and comms).

Coming soon, clinicians will have the ability to post prescription items directly to the patient as well as view any issued prescriptions from the Hero admin portal.
