Invoicing and payment fees

Setting up an account with Stripe is free. Stripe collects fees on payments collected, and on additional functionality including Stripe Billing and Stripe Terminals.

Hero's integration with Stripe leverages Stripe's payment collection, Stripe Billing and Stripe Terminals (an optional add-on, allowing you to collect payment through a physical card terminal.

Stripe's latest pricing can be seen here. Hero's standard pricing for invoicing is 0.75% per invoice issued through Stripe (excluding VAT).

How to connect Hero and your Stripe account

1. Sign into Hero

2. Click 'Apps' on the main toolbar

3. Click on the Stripe integration

4. Follow the steps to connect Hero to your Stripe account
